Where any Person contravenes the same provision of this Bylaw three or more times within one twelve (12) month period, the specified penalty payable in respect of the third or subsequent offence is tripe the amount shown in section 10.3(1) of this Bylaw in respect of that provision Bylaw 6512 – March 24, 2026
