Emergency Vehicle means a Motor Vehicle used:
- (a) for Police duty;
- (b) by a Fire Service;
- (c) as an ambulance; or
- (d) for purposes relating to maintenance of a public utility and designated as an Emergency Vehicle by the City Manager.
