The President of the Lethbridge Polytechnic, is hereby authorized to select and set aside portions of the Lethbridge Polytechnic lands, as deemed necessary, as ticket controlled Parking spaces or Permit Controlled Space and to permit the Lethbridge Polytechnic to install Pay Stations and applicable signs.
