The City Manager may designate and cause to be properly marked portions of the Highway to be known as City Parking lots.
1306. No person shall park or leave any Vehicle on City land or property that has been clearly marked as such by a sign or signs erected by the City, unless such person has obtained the permission of the City of Lethbridge.
