No Animals are permitted in the following areas without a permit being first obtained from the City:
- (a) a cemetery;
- (b) a school ground;
- (c) within the constructed footprint of a playground or picnic site;
- (d) a nature reserve or preservation area; or
- (e) any other areas identified by posted signage by the City.
