Section 1 of the Interpretation Bylaw, 2019 is amended as follows:
- (a) inserting the following definition after the definition of "dispose": ""domestic enactment" means an applicable
- (a) City enactment,
- (b) federal enactment, or
- (c) provincial enactment;"
- (b) inserting the following definition after the definition of "enact": ""engineer" means the person in charge of the engineering and regional utilities department, or designate;"
