Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Bylaw, the Fire Department may burn buildings, structures or other materials for the purpose of training its personnel, educating the public on the dangers of fire or for the purpose of eliminating hazards. BL12869 added Section 3.10 3.10 Malicious Fires
