Every application for a permit shall be made in the form prescribed by the Fire Chief at the Main Fire Hall Administration Office at 2255 Enterprise Way, Kelowna B.C. during normal business hours between 8:00am –4:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. BL12869 amended Section 4.3
