507 Owners or occupiers of real property shall:
- be responsible for the appearance of the boulevard adjacent to their property, and shall keep the grass and any landscaping trimmed and cut and the boulevard clean and free of litter, debris, weeds or other unsightly growth; provided that this shall not apply to owners in areas that are zoned for rural use or are in the Agricultural Land Reserve; Tree Removal
