General Provisions Except as otherwise provided for in this Bylaw;
No person shall erect, construct or maintain:

- 2 Definitions "ANIMATION" means the direction of attention to a sign through the movement of one or more parts or through the impression of movement including colour changes, flashing lights and illumination which exhibits noticeable changes in light intensity, but excludes digital time and/or temperature information, flags, banners or pennants
