Nanaimo By-law 2850, s. 3(14) — Sign Bylaw

No person shall erect, construct or maintain:

a sign that does not have the maker's name and the weight of the sign permanently attached to or painted on the exterior of the sign, so that it may be readily seen after the sign is erected;
