(A)
9. No person shall erect, construct, place, display, rebuild, reconstruct, alter, maintain or move or cause, suffer or permit the erecting, placing, construction, displaying, rebuilding, reconstructing, altering, maintaining or moving of any sign contrary to the provisions of this Bylaw.
