To vary or amend an order, the General Manager, Engineering and Public Works (Bylaw 5000.048) shall issue a new order reflecting the variation or amendment, and revoking the original order, and the Corporate Officer shall affix the Corporate Seal to the new order and certify the same to be a true copy.
