The Fire Chief is authorized to order the evacuation of any Building or area where there is an emergency arising from a fire hazard, risk of explosion or a panic. In such a case no person, other than the Fire Chief, the Officer In Command, a Member of the Fire Rescue Department, or other person authorized by the Fire Chief or Officer In Command shall remain in or shall enter those Buildings or areas.
