An owner or occupier of a Building or Structure at which a Fire Alarm System is installed shall, on the same day on which the Fire Alarm System becomes operational, submit to the Fire Rescue Department a list of emergency Contact Persons in the form shown on Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.
