The owner or occupier of a commercial or multi-residential use property shall ensure that the unit number for each individual unit within a commercial or multi- residential use property are posted in a visible location at the entry to each unit, are a minimum of 7.63 millimetres (3 inches) in height and of a colour that contrasts with the surface on which they are mounted.
