A Tree Management Plan developed to facilitate the issuance of a permit to facilitate logging of commercial timber on a parcel of land under subsection (10) shall include provision for the retention of at least 20% of the trees 6 cm or more in diameter on the parcel of land over a five (5) year period as well as the replanting of forest seedlings in accordance with a reforestation plan approved by the Director.
