To be eligible for service, applicants under subsection (1) must satisfy the General Manager, Engineering and Public Works that the amount of Garbage, Food Waste and Recyclable Materials generated per scheduled collection and the resulting service required by the applicant, does not exceed the equivalent of Basic Service for up to four (4) Dwelling Units. (7128.11)
