80 An Owner of an Aggressive Dog must not allow the Aggressive Dog to be:
- on any school grounds, which means any portion of the Property of the School as defined in the School Act and Independent School Act;
- (b) within 30m of any playground apparatus;
- (c) in the areas listed in Schedule B to this Bylaw; or
- (d) in a park.
