(Security Deposit)), if:
- a) there is a contravention of any term, condition, requirement or restriction of this bylaw or a permit issued under this bylaw; or
- b) a permit was issued under this bylaw on the basis of statements made in the permit application or a report, declaration or record required under this bylaw, that were false or misleading with respect to a material fact or that omitted to state a material fact, the omission of which made the statement false or misleading; the Director may:
