The Engineer is hereby authorized to charge fees in accordance with the City of Surrey Engineering Department, Uses Requiring Permits - Schedule of Fees, attached as Schedule B to this By-law for permits issued pursuant to this section.
- (a) City Road and Right-of-Way Use Permit - for work in or on a highway or abnormal use of a highway;
- (b) Deleted June 29, 2015
- (c) Oversize Permit - for any oversize vehicles or loads;
- (d) Overload Permit - for overweight vehicles or loads.
