Lawful coins required in parking meter and pay station A person must not insert in a parking meter or pay station any object that is not a lawful coin of Canada or the United States of America.
Ticket controlled parking zones 78 (1) Subsection (2) applies only when a ticket dispenser is in effect in a Ticket Controlled Parking Zone in accordance with a sign that is displayed, by the order of the Director of Engineering, in that Zone in the vicinity of the dispenser.
