if directed to do so by a police officer, a firefighter or in the event of an emergency requiring the use of the fire hydrant. Curb parking 88 (1) Subsection (2) does not apply on a street or portion of a street
- (a) within an Angle Parking Zone, or
- (b) where stopping, standing or parking is permitted under subsections 45(s) or 88(2), or section 86.
