For the purposes of this section, during daylight hours a vehicle is considered not to be in a procession unless the headlights of the vehicle are lighted. Air horn 98 (1) Despite the Noise Abatement Bylaw, the driver, operator, or other person in charge of a motor vehicle equipped with an air horn must not sound or permit the air horn to be sounded in the City at any time.
