17. A person must not use, set or maintain a trap or device that is designed to capture an animal by the foot or leg. Animal Cruelty 17A Notwithstanding any other provision of this Bylaw,
no person shall:
- (2) no person shall: Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who keeps bees.
