break open or in any manner directly or indirectly aid or assist in breaking open the pound,
- (b) enter the pound without the permission of the poundkeeper, or
- (c) take or release any animal from the pound without the consent of the poundkeeper. Prohibition against hindering the poundkeeper or officers 48 (1) A person must not hinder, delay or obstruct
- (a) the poundkeeper,
- (b) an animal control officer, or
- (c) a bylaw officer in the performance of their duties under this Bylaw.
