Where official signs to that effect are displayed,
no person shall park a vehicle on any highway at the side and between the limits set out in Columns 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 3 of this By-law during the times or days set out in Column 4 or where temporary “no parking” signs have been erected pursuant to Section 2.5.
