Unless otherwise permitted by Town policy, other by-laws or any legislation, no person keeping a dog shall atlow the dog, other than a Guide Dog or a Service Animal, to be in or on Town property or Town facilities where posted signs prohibit such activity or such prohibition is communicated by Town staff in another manner.
