An order pursuant to this section shall be deemed to have been received upon:
- personal service of the order to the person being served;
- (b) the day after posting a copy of the order on the land on which the contravention took place; or By-law Number 6257-20
- (c) the fifth (51h) day after the order is sent by registered mail to the last known address of the owner of the land on which the contravention took place or the last known address of any other person in contravention of this by-law.
