- 9.5 An administrative penalty imposed on a Person pursuant to this by-law that is not paid within fifteen (1 5) days after the day it becomes due and payable, constitutes a debt of the Person to the Town and may be added to a municipal tax roll and collected in the same manner as municipal taxes
- 10.1 An owner of a property on which a non-compliance or contravention has occurred shall be presumed to have carried out or caused or permitted to be carried out the non-compliance or contravention, which presumption may be rebutted by evidence to the contrary on a balance of probabilities
