Overnight Parking By-law

Notwithstanding section 5(3), parking a motor vehicle shall be permitted within the Downtown Business Improvement Area as defined in Schedule “A” to this by-law, on any highway between the hours of 3:00 am and 6:00 am on:
- i) December 25th (Christmas
- Day) of each year;
- ii) December 26th (Boxing
- Day) of each year; and
- iii) January 1st (New Year’s
- Day) of each year.
