No person shall obstruct, hinder, or otherwise interfere with a Property Standards Officer, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Provincial Offences Officer, Police Officer, or other duly appointed individual in the lawful carrying out of their duties and responsibilities under the provisions of this by-law.

3 ENFORCEMENT
3.1 An officer is hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this By- law. Where there is deemed to be no material contravention of this by-law, by the Supervisor of Enforcement Services, no enforcement action shall be taken
