Except as provided for in subsection 35.2, every habitable room shall have an opening or openings for natural ventilation to the exterior and such opening or openings shall 2 2 have a minimum aggregate unobstructed area of 0.3 m (3.2 ft ) and shall be located in the exterior walls or through openable parts of skylights.
