105. A Person who has been issued with a Muzzle and Control Order, an Order pursuant to section 83, or a Licence Applicant may make an application for a hearing to the Brampton Appeal Tribunal, provided the application is:
- (1) made in writing, (2) delivered to the City Clerk with the fee as outlined in the User Fee By- law. (3) Must be received and accompanied with a full payment within 15 days after the Order has been served or license refused.
