83. Despite the requirements of Schedule II GROUND SIGNS and Schedule III WALL SIGNS, the following signage on the lands described as CON 3 EHS 11&12 RP 43R23376 PARTS 1,27-29, 40,41 (10 Great Lakes Drive) is permitted:
- a) Three (3) double-sided non-illuminated pick up stall identifying ground signs shall be permitted.
- i. Each sign shall conform with the following requirements:
