42. no person shall park any vehicle on any highway:
- on any portion of a boulevard;
- (a) in such a manner that the vehicle is partly on a boulevard, or on public or private property, By-law 93-93 - Consolidated Text Revision Date: 2026/02/12 page 21 and projects over a curb into the traveled portion of the highway;
