AUTHORIZED RESIDENT PARKING ONLY ZONES (1)

No person shall park a vehicle on a highway or portion of a highway at the side and between the limits set out respectively in Columns 1, 2 and 3 of schedule XXXIV of this by-law, except by valid authorization under the provisions of this section. (10) The provisions of section 51.2 shall not apply to vehicles which clearly display in a visible manner a valid accessible parking permit.
