Any person may obtain from the City a municipal parking lot permit to park a motor vehicle in a specified municipal parking lot for the current month or unexpired period thereof upon payment of the prescribed fee as set out in Schedules XXV, XXVI and XXVII of this by-law. TYPES OF PARKING LOTS
