through 440.3.5 inclusive because of the size and shape of the solid waste, it may be left at curbside for collection if it is securely bound into one or more bundles and if the bundles have the following dimensions:

• a) maximum volume 0.18 cubic metres
• b) maximum weight 25 kg
• c) maximum length 1.2 metres
• d) minimum volume 0.06 cubic metres
• e) maximum stacking height 1 metre (the minimum volume requirement shall not apply in the event that the only solid waste left at curbside for collection is one such bundle.
