Every person licensed under this by-law shall at all times:
- comply with this By-law and the regulations contained in any applicable Schedule;
- and
- (b) notify the Licensing Administrator within ten (10) business days of any change in any of the particulars required to be filed with the Licensing Administrator. PART 6: ISSUANCE OF LICENCE AND GROUNDS FOR REFUSAL
