An order under Section 8.3 shall set out:
- reasonable particulars of the contravention adequate to identify the contravention and the location of the lot on which the contravention occurred; and
- (b) the date or dates by which there be compliance with the order, which may be of immediate effect should the Officer determine that the circumstances warrant.
