The Pound Keeper shall have the authority to exercise any and all powers granted to the operator of a pound in the Animals for Research Act R.S.0. 1990 c.A.22.

- 8 Subject to Sections I 0 and 11, every domestic animal that is impounded shall be held by the Pound Keeper for redemption by its owner for a period of not less than 72 hours which period shall commence at 12:00 midnight on the day the animal is impounded and calculated to exclude the hours of any days that the Pound is not open for business at any time
