Minimum and l\!Iaximum Offence Fines
- a) Amount For any offences of those sections set out in Column 1 of Schedule "18" to this by-law as briefly described in Column 2, the minimum fine shall be set out in Column 3 and the maximum fine shall be set out in Column 4 or as specified in Collllllll 5 of said Schedule.
- b) General Penalty
Every person who contravenes a provision of this by-law is guilty of an offence and upon conviction is liable to a fine as provided for in The Provincial Offences Act or The Highway Traffic Act.
