Every owner shall ensure that any doghouse or dog run provided for their dog is:
- (1) Every owner shall ensure that any doghouse or dog run provided for their dog is: only located in a rear yard or interior side yard;
- (2) set back at least 2 metres from any lot line; and (3) maintained in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition free of obnoxious odours.
