No person shall cause or permit the slaughter or euthanizing of a hen on any residentially zoned lot and, in the case of a pigeon, on a residentially, agriculturally or rurally zoned lot, and any deceased hen or pigeon shall be disposed of through the services of a veterinarian or a licensed deadstock operator.
