Exceptions:
- Article 3.41 and 3.42 shall not apply to:
Where angle parking is permitted.
- (b) A MOTORCYCLE, provided that when parking is permitted no shall PARK or a on any or portion thereof except at an angle not less than 45 degrees or greater than 60 degrees to the CURB LINE, without stopping or parking over a or over any part of a where grass is grown, or which is not intended for the use of VEHICLEs.
