The FIRE CHIEF shall cause a notice to be either personally delivered or mailed by prepaid registered mail to the of the property where a FIRE ROUTE has been designated containing:
- The date on which the FIRE ROUTE was designated;
- (b) A site plan outlining the location of the designated FIRE ROUTE and AUTHORIZED SIGN locations; and
- (c) A copy of this by-law.
