Additional Requirements:
- In addition to the requirements set out in section 9.1, the notice for a restricted dog may also:
- i. Prohibit the owner from keeping or harbouring the dog in
a multiple dwelling or a lodging house;
- ii. If the restricted dog has a litter of puppies, require the
owner to notify the Animal Control Officer, within two (2) working days of the birth of the puppies; and
- iii. If the restricted dog has a litter of puppies, require the
owner to deliver the offspring to the Pound within seven
