Cambridge By-law 191-03, s. 1 — EFFECTIVE DATE This by-law shall come into force and have effect on and from the date of its enactment and, subject to section 29, shall govern all signs erected or displayed on and after that date. - 1 Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this by-law is guilty of an offence and upon conviction is liable to a fine as provided for in the Provincial Offences Act
