This Schedule shall be known as “A By-Law to Regulate Taxicabs and Taxicab Drivers, Owners and Brokers”.
GENERAL PROHIBITIONS 11.(1) No person shall act as or hold oneself out to be a driver of a taxicab or to otherwise carry on or engage in the conveyance of passengers for hire or compensation within the City unless licensed as a driver under this Schedule.
